Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib is located in Kadhar Village of Mandi Bahauddin district. The Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib is a spiritual place from where a large number of followers seek blessings, guidance and solace. The Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib has holy shrines of Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Farrukh Hafeez, His wife, His Father and Mother.

The Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib also provides free of cost eye treatment which includes eye checkups and surgeries. The current custodian, Mr. Sahibzadah Muhammad Ahsan has been perpetually working on continuing the legacy of his father and grand parents to help people in obtaining eye treatment at ease. The Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib is located at a place from where three districts including Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat and Sargodha can be easily approached and hence, millions of followers and non-followers used to visit it in order to get treatment. Furthermore, the Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib is also a place of great significance, as the current custodian, Mr. Sahibzadah Muhammad Ahsan of Silsila-e-Nasb used to reside there and also meet the followers on scheduled days. All the followers seek guidance from current custodian, Mr. Sahibzadah Muhammad Ahsan. The followers of this Silsila are increasing day by day. In order to expand the welfare activities to not only prescribed in a single district, the custodian is perpetually working to expand the welfare activities nationwide. In this regard, more than 50 places have been focused for welfare related activities with prime focus on eye treatment. No doubt, the Federal and Provincial governments are doing their part in providing eye treatments but due to the inflation in country amid post covid, baring all the expenses by governments would be quite cumbersome which is why this initiative has been taken by the custodian to expand the welfare activities. A large number of followers and devotees are also helping to expand the welfare activities at Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib and at other places nationwide.

The custodian is of the view that the people who are or have been followers of this Silsila should remain vigilant in providing their services at Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib and at other places where their services are required. The devotees used to provide their services at Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib while eye checkups and surgeries alongwith anniversaries, urs and other religious get-togethers.

The Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib has a vigilant team that helps in parking cars, managing the devotees who used to come from different places for eye treatment and visits to holy shrines. The team provides the devotees with food and accommodation which is totally free at Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib. Moreover, the custodians of different Tombs nationwide used to pay visit to the holy shrines at Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib. They have been properly received and necessary arrangements have been made thereof for their ease. The government functionaries also visited time to time so that they would be able to know that what kind of services are being provided by the Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib to the general masses.

The custodian of Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib also manages all the affairs with regard to the Masjid Pak Wigah Shareef from Kadhar. The construction, maintenance and other necessary matters are being dealt with very keen interest so that the Masjid PakWigah Shareef shall be open all the time for the devotees. Moreover, the Masjid PakWigah Shareef is now fully operational and five-time prayers have been started this year. Hence, a large number of followers and guests used to visit the Masjid PakWigah Shareef on daily basis. It is pertinent to mention that upon the direction of custodian Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib, a free eye setup has been established at Masjid PakWigah Shareef. Doctors and other paramedical staff remained present there and provide their valuable services. All this has been under monitoring from Astana-e-Aalia Dera Hazrat Mian Sahib.
